Lenovo’s Android 3.0-equipped tablet looks for a June release date.
That is just one of many details revealed in what appears to be a leaked Powerpoint presentation about the device. In the presentation, the tablet is referred to as both the ThinkPad Tablet and the Think Slate.
Other details include capacity options, which will be 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB. The device will be equipped with the latest version of Android, Honeycomb, which is the optimized version of Google’s OS for tablets.
Here are some more of the technical specs:
– 10.1-inch WXGA IPS panel
– 1280 x 800 resolution
– Nvidia Tegra 2 processor
– Eight hour battery life
– Mini HDMI, USB 2.0, micro USB
– 0.55-inch thickness
It looks like the Lenovo tablet will also encourage users to buy an optional stylus, which looks to be a potential upcoming trend for Android tablets.
Lenovo will also offer a keyboard cradle to turn the tablet into a more traditional makeshift notebook computer.
