LEGO will soon be launching a number of sets and minifigures based on the Marvel Film Universe. This means adventure games are likely not far behind – if Lego’s pattern with other franchises repeats itself.
To promote its new construction sets, LEGO will be printing up 2 million copies of the poster seen below, and sending them off to theaters around the nation to be given away on the night of the premier for The Avengers film on May 4th, 2012.
A list of the specific theaters which will have the posters hasn’t been released yet, but rest assured that it will be most of the major chain theaters. You’ll want to show up early that night to get the poster because they are limited in quantity.
Of course, this isn’t the only promotional swag that will be available to early audience members. The limited edition Avengers 3D glasses will also be selling that night for a small additional fee.

LEGO The Avengers sets will be out this spring alongside the release of the film, which hits theaters May 4, 2012.
