One of the founders of the incredible phenomenon called Twitter said that the outfit is not for sale.
Biz Stone was asked by ABC host Barbara Walters whether Twitter might be bought by Apple, by Google or by Microsoft.
He said it wasn’t, and added that the company is only just getting its first wind, while Stone added there was a lot still to do, including improving the product and growing the firm.
Facebook offered a stunning $500 million for Twitter but was turned down stone cold. Right now there’s a buzz about the bizz, with the most unlikely people and organizations starting sending 140 character messages, dubbed “tweets”, followed en masse by the Twittering masses.
