Somebody told me about this tweak a few days ago and apparently it has been around since Windows 7 but I think it is still worth sharing, even if it is just because of its name.
It is essentially all of the operating system’s settings gathered together in one folder. Definitely useful for geeks or IT people but as a normal user be careful, you could get carried away and do more harm than good.
If you have administrative privileges, all you have to do is:
- Right click on your Windows 10 desktop.
- Choose New > Folder
- Name the folder
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
et voilà, you have access to all of Windows 10’s settings in one folder.
If you live in Saudi Arabia or ISIS territory, I would suggest changing the folder name (easily done, like with any other folder), heads have rolled for less 😉
