Six New Crypto Billionaires Among the Riches People on Forbes 400

The Forbes 400 list of richest people in America has six new members who have made their fortune from cryptocurrencies.

This also marks for the first time a total of seven billionaires from the crypto world making it to the list.

The six newcomers join Chris Larsen who appeared on the list last year.

More names are expected to join with startups like Ripple, Kraken, Circle, BlockFi, and eToro expected to go public soon.

The list also includes Jed McCaleb, co-founder of Ripple and FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO of FTX.

The increase of crypto billionaires is mostly due to the growing interest in cryptocurrencies, according to Forbes.
