One of the most anticipated movies of this year is Jurassic World, and apparently there’s a brand new dinosaur that’s wrecking havoc in the park, the Indominus Rex.
From what we’ve seen from the Jurassic World trailers, it looks like a great return to form for the franchise, and as The Wrap reminds us, this one takes place twenty-two years after the events of the first film. The Indominus Rex is a new model dinosaur to bring people in because attendance at the Jurassic World amusement park isn’t what it used to be.
Chris Pratt is one of the hot new stars in Hollywood right now, with his star turn in Guardians of the Galaxy, and as we just reported here on TG, he’s also up to take over Indiana Jones when that franchise is revived in the future.
Jurassic World will be in theaters June 22, and as we’ve seen by the YouTube downloads, it’s absolutely one of the most anticipated movies of the summer. (At one point, the YouTube views even beat out the trailer for Star Wars The Force Awakens.)
