$70 S21H PC-on-a-stick runs Android Jelly Bean with 2GB of RAM

A slick new PC-on-stick has been spotted on AliExpress.

The $70 S21H is powered by a Rockchip RK3066 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of integrated storage.

The device also features WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity, along with a microSD card slot for extra storage. Additional specs include a full-sized USB 2.0 port that can be used to connect a mouse or keyboard, along with an HDMI connector on one end.

Although the PC-on-a-stick ships with Android Jelly Bean (4.1.2), developers have been working to port Ubuntu Linux to run on devices with RK3066 processors.

As Liliputing’s Brad Linder notes, users may eventually be able to run the S21H as a cheap Linux computer, although fully functional Linux graphics drivers may take a long while to go live, if at all.

In other PC-on-a-stick news, Kimdecent has begun shipping its MK809 II mini PC. The little device packs a Rockchip RK3066 dual ARM Cortex-A9 processor clocked up to 1.6 GHz paired with a Mali-400MP4 Quad-core GPU.

CNX Software confirms the Kimdecent dongle is quite similar to the Rikomagic MK802 IIIs in terms of both hardware and user interface (UI).

Additional specs include 1GB RAM, 8GB Flash, integrated Bluetooth, WiFi, USB – 1x USB 2.0 Host, 2x micro USB Host and HDMI out.
