A MeeGo-powered tablet spotted at IDF 2010 features a one-second instant on, along with an impressive 16-second boot-to-online cycle.
According to Nicole Scott of NetBook News, the WeTab – which is expected to launch on September 27 in Germany – will also boast a capacitive touch screen, 32-64GB SSD, Intel Atom N450 processor and 1080p HD playback support.
In addition, the WeTab is loaded with a Broadcom Crystal HD card, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ambient light sensor and advanced accelerometer.
“If you want to know how you’ll be able to connect with this monster tablet, its got 2x USB 2.0, HDMI, SD Card reader, SIM slot and a docking port that will have LAN, HDMI and additional ports,” explained Scott.
“All this weighing in at [just] 990g with a 35Wh battery lasting 4 – 5 hours.”
