The iPazzPort SY-20-19VC – or iPazzPort Pearl – is an Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) set-top box powered by a Rockchip RK3066 processor. The set-top-box is packaged with a dual-sided RF remote with a QWERTY keyboard, touch pad and voice support.
As the folks at CNX Software note, the above-mentioned features are fairly common these days, although the iPazzPort Pearl does offer something more than the usual STB Android fare.
“Once you’re done watching videos or playing games, you can put back the remote into an opening in the set-top box to store it and recharge it,” CNX explained. “It may [also] prevent you from losing the remote under the pillows, and the remote will be fully charged most of the time.”
Key specs include a Rockchip RK3066 chip clocked at 1.6GHz paired with a Mali-400 MP4 GPU, 1GB DDR3, 4GB of storage, micro SD card slot, WiFi, Ethernet, 3G via external USB 3G dongle, HDMI out, USB – 2x USB 2.0 + 1x mini USB, built-in 1.3MP or 2.0 MP camera.
The iPazzPort Pearl is currently on DealExtreme where it’s available for $135.90, as well as Amazon and Newegg for similar prices – and even $109 on Aliexpress (including shipping).
