Kingnovel’s $96 Android mini-PC is powered by Rockchip’s RK3188 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, which is paired with ARM’s Mali-400 MP4 GPU.
Key hardware specs include 2GB DDR3 SDRAM, 8GB Nand Flash storage, MicroSD slot (up to 32GB), Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, 2x USB (Host), power adapter, 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR port.
Kingnovel’s mini-PC – which measures 142x95x21 mm – is currently loaded with Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean), with an upgrade to 4.2.2 expected imminently.
As the folks at CNX Softwarenote, the device is quite cheap at $96, while boasting more features than your typical PC-on-a-stick counterpart.
