Finally! A Perfect Circle has returned from their hiatus with a five-city west coast reunion tour planned for the fall – the band’s first activity since 2004. The group plans to play three shows in each city, playing one of their albums in its entirety each night. Dates have still not been announced, but the touring line up has been confirmed to include Maynard James Keenan, Billy Howerdel, Josh Freese (currently Devo’s drummer and former drummer for Nine Inch Nails), James Iha (former guitarist for The Smashing Pumpkins) and Matt McJunkins (collaborator on Keenan’s Puscifer and Howerdel’s Ashes Divide). It’s the week of reunion tours and celebratory anniversary tours. Faith No More has added two more dates which will be the final of their reunion tour. Those shows include a show in Santiago, Chile and Los Angeles, CA, so this is your last chance to catch the band! The Frames have announced a short celebratory tour for their 20th anniversary, and Einstürzende Neubauten have also announced a celebratory tour for their 30th anniversary. However, Einstürzende Neubauten’s tour will include two types of events – a traditional, full-length concert and the other an Intimate Multidisciplinary Experience. Which will you go to? Finally, Underworld has announced a short fall tour with a few shows on the west coast and a few on the east coast. Also, check out their new LP Barking, which was just released on September 14th.
Kanye West is still working hard, releasing a new track “GOOD Friday”, which features Common, Big Sean, Pusha T, Kid Cudi, and Charlie Wilson. Also, if you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard already, Lady Gaga wore a meat dress and won eight awards at MTV’s Video Music Award held September 12th. She used this opportunity to speak out against the US government’s “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” policy. Gaga asked fans to join her and the SLDN in helping repeal the policy.

Faith No More Adds Final Reunion Tour Dates in Chile and Los Angeles: Through various band tweets, Faith No More has announced additional dates to their reunion tour. The Frames Celebrate 20th Anniversary with North American Tour: Irish folk group The Frames have announced a short North American tour celebrating the band’s 20th anniversary. Einstürzende Neubauten Announce 30th Anniversary North American Tour: Einstürzende Neubauten have announced a series of North American tour dates to celebrate their 30th anniversary performing live.
