It certainly has been an amazing year for Elder Scroll: Skyrim fans, with two DLCs and the title recently winning no less than three categories at the Golden Joysticks awards.
And now Bethesda has confirmed that it will be releasing a Skyrim Premium Edition in December. The official confirmation comes just days after a Skyrim Premium Edition surfaced on Amazon Germany with a listed release date of December 8 and a price tag of 60 Euros (US $70).
According to EuroGamer, the Premium Edition of the wildly popular game includes a map of the highly immersive world, a t-shirt with the emblem of the Empire, Hell City: an Elder Scrolls novel and six concept art postcards.
The PC version is bundled with a bonus disc that contains background material, trailers, walkthrough presentations, a 600 page ebook and five songs from the soundtrack.
For the uninitiated, the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an action role-playing open world video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth installment in The Elder Scrolls franchise, following The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Skyrim was launched on November 11, 2011 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Two DLCs have thus far been released for the game: Dawnguard and Hearthfire.
