Nokia increases legal pressure on Apple’s iPhone

Again

Nokia has launched yet another legal blitzkrieg against Apple. ??This time, the mobile phone manufacturer claims that “almost all” of Club Cupertino’s mobile products, such as the iPod and iPhone, infringe on the Finnish company’s patents.

According to the BBC, Nokia’s latest complaint – which was recently filed with the International Trade Commission (ITC) – relates to seven patents  that cover “user interface, as well as camera, antenna and power management technologies.”

The latest lawsuit comes just months after Nokia sued Apple for allegedly infringing 10 patents with its popular iPhone touchscreen.

Although Apple has yet to respond to Nokia’s most recent claim, it has counter-sued the mobile phone manufacturer for allegedly copying certain aspects of the iPhone and infringing 13 patents.
