Believe it or not, new content continues to be added to Sony’s PS3 exclusive title LittleBigPlanet on a regular, if not weekly, basis, and this week it landed a pretty sweet deal: Disney worked with the team to bring content from “The Incredibles” over to the game.
Sony announced the news on its official Playstation Blog on Monday, saying it will offer new costumes and even a special level inspired by the Disney/Pixar movie.
Describing the exclusive level, the blog post reads, “Stretch and dash your way across the rooftops of the city, investigate the more secret parts of the Parr family home, explore the jungles of Nomanisan Island, where Syndrome’s base is located, before taking a trip on his monorail system into the heart of the base itself.”
LBP has been able to snag content from a lot of entertainment franchises. Most are from Sony, like Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid. But franchises like Street Fighter and Final Fantasy have also made appearances on the creative build-your-own-level game.
The Incredibles DLC for LBP will be available next Thursday, April 8.
