There’s a new way to keep tabs on your money if you have a Honeycomb device.
Mint.com, the super useful website that allows users to track their finances across multiple bank accounts, investments, loans, and anything else that involves their money, is now sleeker than ever.
The site has just launched a new version of its app optimized for Android tablets with version 3.0 or later. The “optimized” features include high-resolution graphics, a clear snapshot of all your accounts on one screen, and an action bar at the top to fit into the Android 3.0 Honeycomb UI.
Honeycomb is the version of Android that is optimized for tablets, and it exists on every major Android-powered tablet. Mint.com says the app will also be perfectly functional on Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich, which has yet to make a splash in the world of Android tablets but will soon be the new standard.
It should be noted, though, that the Kindle Fire is not included in the list of compatible tablets. The Amazon device has a proprietary version of the Android Market and only select apps are available.
Users with an Android tablet can download the app now. Of course, those with only an Android phone can still download the regular version of the Mint app, which also exists on Apple’s App Store.
