The Dark Knight Rises is one of the most anticipated films of the summer, both for hardcore genre fans and average moviegoers.
Indeed, conservative projections estimate the movie will make somewhere between $150 million-$170 million its opening weekend.
Although we’ve seen a number of official trailers over the past few months, another interesting clip depicting the rather interesting relationship between Catwoman and Batman recently went live.
The trailer (see above) was rolled out just as another rumor was making the rounds about the presence of a second villain in the film. Apparently, a recent press release confirmed that Cillian Murphy, who has previously kept mum about his involvement in the film, will be attending the European premiere of Dark Knight.
This, of course, sparked a rumor that Murphy might have played The Scarecrow in the latest caped crusader adventure.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20, 2012.
