The Timekeeper is a hand-made, Steampunk-themed PC that ships with either Windows 7 Home Premium or Linux Ubuntu.
The system – which can be purchased on Etsy – features an Athlon 64 Dual Core 4400+ CPU, upgradeable Gigabyte AM3 motherboard, 160GB Hitachi SATA Hard Drive, LG 22X “Super-Multi” DVD +- RW and 2GB of DDR2 RAM.
As you can see, the computer case is made in classic Victorian style, with a “skeleton clock” and Power/HDD LED’s tastefully placed behind a “port” glass window.
So, how much does this beautiful, yet fully-functioning piece of art cost?
Well, the Timekeeper can be snapped up for a sweet $1100, along with a pre-installed copy of Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium during the holiday season.
But remember, the system takes four working days to manufacture and test.
When completed, the Timekeeper will be packaged and shipped via FedEx.
