ViewSonic is showcasing a new Android tablet dubbed the ViewPad 100Q, which boasts a 10-inch display and Rockchip RK3188 quad-core processor.
Additional specs?
2GB of RAM, a high-def IPS display, 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot and mini HDMI port.
As expected, the device runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean software, measures about a third of an inch thick and weighs approximately 1.3 pounds.
Price tag? $230.
As Liliputing’s Brad Linder notes, ViewSonic’s 100Q tablet will hit the streets for approximately the same price as a Google Nexus 7 tablet – although the ViewSonic device likely won’t have the same support or developer community as the Asus-branded Nexus 7 tablet.
