Anonymous pwns UFC chief in cyber brawl

Anonymous recently pwned and owned the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) chief after he compared cyber activists to terrorists on Twitter and voiced support for SOPA.

“@YourAnonNews I love the Internet. It helped us grow our biz. Stealing is stealing! And hacking into people’s shit is terrorism,” Dana White tweeted.

“And yes cowards hide on the Internet! At least I’m man enough to say all my shit in public and not hide behind a screen name!! Listen if you guys want to change the world, good for you! Just don’t steal my shit.”

In response to White’s Twitter rant, Anonymous unceremoniously doxed the UFC chief, publishing his personal info, including Social Security number, cellphone number, address and residential geographical coordinates.

The UFC’s website was also hacked a number of times, with Anonymous logos briefly appearing on the page and a traffic redirect temporarily enforced.

“The way this whole thing has gone down, them hacking our site is the best thing they ever could have done for us. Because what that does is, now, you look like terrorists and now a lot of people who were afraid of you now hate you,” White told Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting in a statement quoted by the OC Register.

“Is this bill [SOPA] perfect? No. No bill is perfect. I think this thing started off with the right idea. Stealing is stealing… It’s not right and there’s something that needs to be worked out.”

In other Anonymous related news, members of the collective jacked and defaced the American Nazi Party website under the auspices of Operation Blitzkrieg (#OpBlitzkrieg) over the weekend.

A hacktivist known as “SolSec” claimed credit for the American Nazi takedown.

“The Nazis better watch out, #Anonymous is coming for them,” tweeted AnonymousCenter.
