Microsoft Edge New and Exciting Features That may Rival Google Chrome

In a recent blog, Microsoft revealed some of the exciting features businesses and consumers can expect from Edge, the second most popular browser next to Google Chrome. Aside from offering better security and privacy to its users, most of the features are geared towards making online shopping simple and trouble-free, especially at this time where there are a lot of restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Making price comparison, hiding gift giving searches on Bing from the family, discovering Pins from Pinterest are just some of the features a user can enjoy on the improved version of Edge.

Forbes’ Senior Contributor shared some of Microsoft Edge exciting features including price comparison in Collections to help consumers find the best deals. This can be done in Edge by adding a product to a Collection and doing a one-click compare. Meanwhile, Bing Rebates, a feature that makes earning cash back easy, is now live in the U.S.

Microsoft is also making it easier to hide your gift giving online from family with InPrivate search in Bing.

Another cool feature is integration with Skype’s Meet Now for ad hoc video calls to family and friends, or colleagues. 

Web capture in Edge is another excellent feature that allows you to capture, save and share web content in your browser without using a separate screenshot tool.

Pinterest can now help Collections users find relevant content for their research or project.
