A simulation run by EA Sports has predicted that the New Orleans Saints will “march to victory” over the Indianapolis Colts with a final score of 35-31 at Super Bowl XLIV.
According to Electronic Arts, the first three quarters of the virtual game displayed the “offensive fireworks” that both teams are known for, with the Colts leading by comfortable 24-21.
However, everything abruptly changed in the fourth quarter, when Reggie Bush returned a punt for a 42-yard touchdown.

As the game hung in the balance, Drew Brees hit David Thomas for an 11-yard touchdown and the game winning score.
A triumphant Brees was then awarded the MVP honors, as the Saints earned their first Super Bowl Championship title in the franchises 46 year history.
It should be noted that EA Sports accurately forecasted the outcome of Super Bowl XLIII (Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Arizona Cardinals) by utilizing each team’s roster and player statistics.
