Juggernaut: Revenge of Sovering tweaks the traditional RPG for Android touchscreen fun.

Meaning, instead of featuring a virtual joystick or tilt mechanisms for controlling a character, the controls have been completely reworked for the touchscreen gaming generation.

Juggernaut also combines traditional RPG exploration and leveling with one-on-one turn-based combat. Players choose from 6 distinct character classes, 12 armor classes, 4 schools of magic, 12 fighting spells, and 30 levels of progression for each character.

The game requires the player to be involved in the process of combat in a way that reminds me somewhat of the Nintendo Wii – swiping, tapping, and executing complex combinations to defeat opponents.

It appears that a number of the spells and moves are actually executed by drawing certain shapes on the touchscreen device. The images show different gestures used for formulating spells, such as a triangle for ice and a zigzag for lightning.

Juggernaut: Revenge of Sovering offer over 30 hours of play and high-quality 3D artwork. However, you may want to enable WiFi to grab the rather hefty 440 MB file. You can download the game on the Google Play store right now for free.
