Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion may be one of the most amazing fantasy role-playing games *ever* created. I don’t know about you, but I’ve certainly been waiting impatiently for a sequel since way back in 2006.
Fortunately, it seems as if Bethesda designers are hard at work creating the long-awaited fifth game of the popular Elder Scrolls series.
Indeed, according to Eurogamer Denmark, a source has confirmed that the title is currently in production – with content featuring definite “fantasy-sounding phrases” like Dragon Lord and The Blades.
“The same source confirmed, with official game documents in hand, that this will be the chronological sequel to what happened in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which is the latest game in the now 16-years-old Elder Scrolls saga and by itself one of the better RPGs for PC and consoles,” said Eurogamer Denmark Editor-in-chief Kristian West.
“[So], the sequel to Oblivion is coming, we can hereby confirm without hesitation. It’s been a while since 2006, hasn’t it?”
