Samsung is on a roll with its flagship Galaxy smartphone series. The Galaxy S4 launched just a few short months ago and rumors about an impending Mini version of the handset have never abated.
Today rumor became fact as Samsung confirmed the upcoming debut of the Galaxy S4 Mini.
Specs? Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.7GHz dual-core SoC (likely Snapdragon) and 1.5GB RAM.
Key additional features include 8GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear-facing and 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera.
As expected, the Galaxy S4 mini is loaded with a number of TouchWiz options similar to its full-sized counterpart, including Sound&Shot, Panorama Shot, Story Album, S Health and S Translator apps.
Unfortunately, Samsung has yet to name a price or launch date, although the industry heavyweight says it will showcase the new device at its upcoming Galaxy & ATIV event in London on June 20th.
