Texas Instruments (TI) recently launched a $329 OMAP5432 EVM dev board based on ARM’s Cortex-A15 architecture.
Key specs include TI’s multicore ARM Cortex A15/M4 SoC paired with a PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU, 2GB DDR3L, 4GB EMMC/iNAND Ultra device, SD/MMC 4-bit Micro-SD card cage, HDMI, 3X USB (2.0), 1x USB 3.0, 1x USB OTG 2.0/3.0, ethernet, camera sensors and debug interfaces.
As expected, the board supports a number of operating systems, including Linux, Android and QNX. As noted above, the OMAP5432 EVM dev board can be purchased for $329 from from SVTronics.
