Samsung reduces output of 256Mbit DDR

Korean memory manufacturer Samsung Electronics has begun to scale down its monthly 256Mbit DDR output by 20 percent or 10 milion units respectively. According to a company source, the company will change its direction more towards NAND flash memory, which offers higher margins.
