Limited DRAM supply continued to hold spot prices stable from February 25 to March 2. Spot prices for 256Mbit (32Mbitx8) DDR edged up 1%. Demand for 128Mbit (8Mbitx16) and 256Mbit DDR was particularly high due to expectations of shortages. Untested (UTT) 256Mbit chips were traded above US$4.0.
