Serial-attached SCSI devices slow to market

The SCSI Trade Association demonstrated technology related to Serial-Attached SCSI at the Intel Developer Forum this week in San Francisco. Serial-Attached SCSI (SAS), which was published as an official standard last November, bumps performance of SCSI hard drives to 3 Gbps.
