Kodak debuts P-series digital cameras

Eastman Kodak has introduced new P-series digital cameras. The new cameras include the Easyshare P880 zoom and P850 models.

The P880 is an 8-megapixel digital camera equipped with a 24-140mm f/2.8-4.1 wide-angle lens. The $599 camera will be available beginning in September and incorporates 25-point auto focus, lighting control via a hot shoe flash connector, multiple shooting modes, and more.

The $499 P850 will be available in August. The new camera can shoot 5.1-megapixel images and comes equipped with a 36-432mm f/2.8-3.7 lens. The camera touts optical image stabilization, 25-point autofocus, 30 fps VGA video capture, and more.
