Microsoft completely liquidates its stake in Comcast

New York (NY) – Microsoft today liquidated its full 7.3% stake in Comcast Corp’s Class A shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Microsoft owned approximately 150.9 million shares. The filing did not indicate when the shares were sold, though they were on record as of March 6, 2008 and were obtained in 2002 as part of a deal relating to Comcast’s acquisition of AT&T Broadband.
