DRAM industry over the worst, says PSC chairman

Citing the recent progressive improvement in DRAM spot pricing, Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) chairman Frank Huang has said the worst is over. The price of 1Gb DDR2 is likely to stabilize at $2 in May, and if pricing can surpass $2.50, the company will swing to profit.
