D-Link adds dual-drive BYOD NAS

D-Link yesterday introduced a two-bay network storage enclosure.

The D-Link 2-Bay Network Storage Enclosure (DNS-323) accepts two user-supplied 3.5″ SATA hard drives and includes a UPnP AV media server for streaming digital content to compatible media players.

Other features include a gigabit Ethernet network connection, FTP server and USB print server. The DNS-323 also supports four different modes including standard (independently accessible drives), JBOD, RAID 0 and RAID1. The product is available now as low as $200 street.
