Lead plaintiff in Nano class action wants out

Jason Tomczak, the lead plaintiff in the infamous iPod Nano scratch class action suit, is now seeking to distance himself from the case. In an “Open Letter to the Mac Community,” he states that his involvement in the case was a mistake which stemmed from late 2005, when the legal firm of David P. Meyer & Associates contacted him seeking elaboration on comments that he had made on several Mac-oriented web sites.
