Kyocera announces cellphone with Nvidia graphics chip

Kyocera today said that it will be offering the W41K high-end cellphone that will come with Nvidia’s GoForce 4000 graphics processor. The chip enables the phone to power a QVGA display with up to 262,000 colors, support the unit’s integrated 3.17 megapixel digital camera and display videos with up to 15 frames per second. The W41K will be available in Japan in March. Kyocera did not say if it will be bringing the phone to the US.
