Samsung Semiconductor Inc.’s 64MB and 128MB RIMM modules are the first to pass Intel’s RIMM Module Validation Test.
Samsung received Intel validation for its 72M, 128M and 144M RDRAM components in April. These tests validate that the company can produce components and modules that are fully compliant with the Rambus specification. PC OEMs are starting full system-level qualifications.
