Gamers can loot and extort their way to infamy in the seedy world of the 17th century Caribbean with a new game for the PC from Eidos Interactive.
Cutthroats: Terror on the High Seas features over six million miles of territory to explore, and over 70 ports to sack. Features include a real time, top down engine for fighting other ships, and individual control of pillaging crewmembers. Players can fight for their King and country as a privateer or become a ruthless pirate, but must remember to ply their crew with rum and treasure or face a mutiny.
Developed by Hothouse Creations of Bristol, England – home port of the infamous pirate Blackbeard – Cutthroats: Terror on the High Seas requires only a Pentium 166 with 32 MB of RAM and a 2 MB videocard.
