Microsoft has accused federal prosecutors of attempting to rewrite antitrust law with its case against the software giant.
In court documents filed in Washington D.C., Microsoft said the government’s actions are aimed at forcing the courts to impose unprecedented restrictions on technology products.
The filing is expected to be the final submission from both sides before they meet again in court in three weeks.
