Though Intel is saying nothing, the sources who usually know say the company is launching three faster mobile chips this Monday. Two are Pentium3s using SpeedStep that causes the chip to run faster when plugged in than when relying on batteries. One will run at 850 and 700 MHz. The other will run at 800 and 650 MHz. A lower-cost 700 MHz Celeron will also be announced. Manufacturers, including Compaq, IBM and Dell, will ship product containing the chips at the same time.
