ITC says Rambus was "judge shopping"

According to the tech analysis group, Forrester Research, impediments to international trade, including bureaucracy and currency exchange problems, will give way before the realities of e-commerce. A study by the organization predicts that international online exports will reach $1.4 billion by 2004, but that the bulk of that trade will take place within 19 “e-business extrovert” countries led by Canada, Norway and Denmark. The US, according to Forrest, will not initially be part of this group as it is so domestically oriented, but will eventually join the extrovert column.
