Things are getting messy down SONICblue’s ways. The former home of Diamond and S3, and now best known for RioPort, if nothing else, is suffering executive sniping. CEO Ken Potasher, who presided over the cannibalizing of the company and the sell-off of all that graphics stuff, is now accusing Terry Holdt, the former CEO of S3, and a board member, of shenanigans. It’s public, and it could get ugly, and the company has seen its best days, but it has cash stowed away so, that’s always a good thing.
It’s a jolly good read so, give it a go here.
