Kyle Felstien from www.aacdirect.com emailed us today to let us know about the launch of their new line of watercooled systems. Normally this isn’t big news, but Kyle’s new watercooled systems feature AMD’s new 64-Bit processors. These are some of the first Athlon 64 systems that we have seen up and running with water cooling.
The new “Poseidon” which based on the Athlon 64 FX is their new flagship system, which Kyle has designed to be a “no compromise gaming solution” for those who want the absolute best performance currently available. The Poseidon features: C3 Clear case, Custom watercooling kit using Danger Den components, Kingston HyperX PC3200 Registered Ram, Athlon 64 FX 51, Dual Sata HD in Raid 0 (Different sizes available), Asus SK8N Motherboard, Sony DRU 510 A DVD-/+RW, Radeon 9800 series video card, Custom Blue lighting, Custom PSU sheathing and cabling.
This line will be available in October and will include multiple variants using the Athlon 64 processor. Kyle and his team at www.aacdirect.com have been building high end customized PCs since 1999 and continue to find ways to push the limits of performance.
We thought these excellent pictures of the new Poseidon system deserved to be posted for everyone to enjoy. The one thing that he didn’t tell us is how high he was able to ratchet up that Athlon 64 FX 51, which is something that you will have to head over to his web site to find out.
